Prologue-ish like thing

It smelt fear.  Such a delicious smell fear can be, dripping with anxiety and quivering with panic. This was the thing it was craving for and it had never known that it had wanted this fear touching his lips and slipping into its stomach. So it followed the smell of fear into the darkness of the woods, slinking behind each tree and shrub to catch its prey. It had never knew how loud fear can be, fear screamed and wailed every time they met eyes and fear kept going farther into the woods. This irritated it with such a passion that it wanted fear caught between its teeth.

                Fear was slowing down in speed, but fear’s smell kept raging on. It was licking its lips, saliva dripped from its chin. It wanted fear to finally give up, it soon got its wish. Fear fell to the ground, trying to get up, but fear was too slow. It toward over fear, it’s spit dripping on fear’s forehead. Fear shrieked and squirmed around under its grip.

                Let me go, let me go! Fear begged.

                Fear, if I let you go what will feed my hunger? It said. Will I eat Rage? Rage is too spicy for my taste. Will I eat happiness? Happiness is too sweet for me and happiness will never touch my skin. So fear, you are my meal of choice.

                Fear did not much listen to the reasoning it had to say, though it knew for what it was it was quite reasonable. It wrapped its long tongue around fear’s face and fear’s scream was muffled.

The main idea of the story is a group of monster hunting teens that you know... hunt monsters! We go from the point of view of Jessica Boyer, a "bad girl" or delinquent-like girl, who got herself in some trouble. Her punishment is to join a club for the rest of her high school career. She joins the Scrapbooking club thinking it would be an easy club to be in for two and a half years. It turns out the club is actually secretly a Monster Hunting group!

The thing that makes it unique is the characters!

We got our Smarty Leader guy, who is Asian and i don't have a name for! He was adopted by some Americans, ya know.

Then we have Fanny Irving, a Jewish Hipster computer genius, who used to be best friends with our main protagonist, Jessica!

Then there's Johnny Clownface, which is his nickname not his real name, who wears clown makeup and sunglasses when he's there in the MHG (Monster Hunter Group). Its not overly creepy when he wears the makeup, not like serial killer or the IT. It turns out under all that makeup he's hawt and has a great backstory and blah. He knows all the names of Reptile-like monsters and uses two pistols as his weapons.

Then we have another Asian, Sukoshi Monsuta, but she has a secret, but I'm not telling because that would spoil the whole storyline basically. She's quiet, reserved, can speak some English since she's a foreign exchange student from Japan~. 

Teagan Pitts, basically the person who helps fund for the group. His dad owns a National Plumbing company which making him a multimillionaire. Teagan knows almost all about monsters, a living encyclopedia i may say!

I'll add some more characters once i develop the story more~ I really see it in my head as a show or graphic novel more than a book
